To further expand our business in Bangalore India, we are seeking an experienced individual to fill in the post of:

LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE (Location: Bangalore)

Responsibilities:

• Generate shipping documents such as delivery order, packing list, proforma invoice
  
• Close co-ordination/follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments/delivery with suppliers, forwarders and internal/external customers
  
• Maintain stock accuracy and filing records
  
• Assist in monthly stock taking
  
• Assist in any other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
  
• Handle general admin duties inclusive filing, generate reports, etc

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Logistics / Business Admin or equivalent
  
• Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in logistics field
  
• Familiar and good working knowledge of India import & export custom regulations
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Able to work independently with ability to work under pressure
  
• Have great sense of urgency and able to multi tasks
  
• Must be a team player
  
• Good command of English
  
• Immediate availability
  
• Working location - Bangalore
