EG Power Electronics Sales and Marketing Manager

Operations are conducted in three business areas based on specialised knowledge in electronics and electromechanics. EG Power Electronics (India) Private Limited is a wholly own subsidiary of Elektronik Gruppen BK AB with head office in Sweden.

EG India is currently seeking for a qualified candidate for Sales and Marketing Manager position for it’s newly established office in Bangalore.

Sales and Marketing Manager (Karnataka - Bangalore)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales from existing and new customers
  • Responsible for marketing and sales promotional activities
  • Manage transfer business/project and locally generated business.
  • Meet target customer group in a regular basis to identify and analyze their needs and match with EG companies products and services.
  • Entrepreneur sprit, hardworking, outgoing character, self-initiative, can work under pressure to meet annual goal, and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Must effectively manage wide range of customer base assigned in given territory.
  • Manage group of product portfolio and team of people
  • Prepare proposal and negotiate terms of sales agreement according to EG pricing polices. Complete relevant documentation to initiate sales transactions. Inter-face and facilitate supply chain issues between principals and customers.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and an ability to define sales strategies towards new prospects.
Requirements:
  • Must posses wide knowledge of market, application product and distribution of Microwave/RF components, Must be knowledgeable in local telecommunication industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in telecom, electronics, power supply, and consumer products industry.
  • Must posses excellent communication, sales, negotiation skill
  • Must be able to speak write and read fluently in English.
