Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidates for the following posts on Regular basis :

Senior Manager (IT) :
No. of Posts : 1
Scale : Rs. 32,900-58,000 (E5 - IDA)

Educational Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech. in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University.

The candidate should preferably be a valid Microsoft/ HP/ SUN/ IBM certified professional. The candidate should have field experience in installation and configuration of Intel/RISC servers, Storage Devices/ Technologies, Server Management and other Data Center hardware such as Web Server, Mail Server, Windows 2000/ NT/ Linux, Unix, Active Directories Services, SAN, NAS, Security, etc.

Age limit : Maximum 35 years as on 01/09/2009

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates from public sector, Private sector and government are eligible to apply. All candidates, however, must fulfill all criteria mentioned below :

• 10 years of post qualification experience, as on 01.09.2009.
• Out of which minimum 2 years working experience as on 01.09.2009 in
  • E4 grade, IDA Rs. 29100-54500 (pre-revised scale Rs. 14500-350-18700) in case of PSU, or
  • CDA Rs. 15600-39100 (pre-revised scale Rs. 10650-325-15850) in case of Govt./PSU, or
  • For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have experience of 2 years in the pay scale of Rs. 5 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover more than 50 Crores).
    

Job description :

• Having excellent Communication Skills, should be self motivated and result oriented
• Excellent Negotiation skills for negotiations with major Telecom and Govt. Organizations
• Preparation and Execution of MoU and Agreement with Major Telecom Companies.
• Operation & Maintenance of IT Systems.
• Preparation of proposal/tenders for IT.
• Experience in IT tender/proposal evaluation
