FLEET MANAGER

Organization:

Reporting to the Fleet Director, you will be in-charge of driving the performance of a fleet of over 20 vessels and leading a techno-commercial team serving worldwide clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Resources Management: Development of performing teams (on-shore and on-board) with a strong client focus and technical competence. Planning and allocation of resources, setting processes, implementing IT tools in a rigorous and structured way.
  
• Asset and Budget Management: Leverage existing internal technical capabilities and people resources to optimize fleet’s asset value. Take full responsibility of the fleet budgets.
  
• Customer Relationship: Maintain close relationships with the customers and ensure that the service level exceeds their expectations.

Your Profile:

You have a proven track record of managing a vessel fleet of 15-20 vessels. You are passionate about developing teams and have experience in managing the budgetary responsibilities. In your past roles, you have demonstrated your high quality technical and managerial skills in linking various organizational resources to excellent service delivery and business results. You have remarkable interpersonal and organizational skills. You are proactive and efficient in managing multiple tasks. You must be a qualified Chief Engineer in Marine Engineering with a proven track record as a Chief Engineer for at least 5 contracts.
